I have the right to refuse any commissions if i feel uncomfortable with the subject matter or believe i am un able to complete it to a high standerd.

I also reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms. Harassment or disrespect will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

My offered styles, prices, and commission availability are subject to change over time.

I will draw most kinds of characters, be it furry (anthro and feral alike) as well as humanoid characters .

I will NOT draw or heavy nsfw. Light nsfw like nudity is ok.

My time zone is CET/CEST for European time zone.

I work part-time, so I may not always be able to dedicate myself fully to commissions. However, I will always do my best to complete work as efficiently as possible.

I may stream or share (WIP) images unless the client requests privacy in writing before work starts.

I work on personal artwork between commissions to avoid burnout and maintain creativity.

Work must be credited as Blaumoond whenever possible, either on the image or in the description.

I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork I create.

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, streams, and commission examples unless privacy is requested beforehand.

Commissions are delivered digitally.

All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Commercial commissions and freelance work are priced separately.

You may print your commissioned artwork for personal use only.

My artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, edited, traced, or used for profit without my permission.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated content, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain technology, or similar services.

Payment is required upfront before work begins.

Full refunds may be requested before the commission has been started.

Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable after Sketch faze is over.

Payments are accepted through Ko-fi via PayPal or Stripe.

Please note that Ko-fi uses EUR (€) instead of CHF for transactions.

Completion time depends on the commission type, complexity, and current workload.

Commissions typically take around 2–3 months to complete.

Communication and updates will be done through Discord/ email or Ko-fi DM.

Clients must provide clear references and detailed descriptions before work begins.

Clients are allowed up to [3] major revisions during the draft and sketch phase.

Minor edits after completion (such as small color changes or fixing tiny details) are allowed within reason.

Major changes or excessive revisions requested after (completion) may require additional fees depending on the amount of extra work required.

Any additional work will only begin after the changes and pricing have been discussed and agreed upon.

Currently, I only accept commissions through Ko-fi.

Clients are purchasing digital goods only. No physical items will be delivered unless otherwise discussed.

If you meet me at a convention, this rule may not apply depending on the type of commission.

Final artwork will be delivered as a high-quality PNG file at 300 DPI.

Artwork may be provided in a larger size upon request if intended for personal printing.

Finished commissions will be delivered through Discord or email, depending on the client’s preference.
